• Booking enquiry form — contact details and event information you submit when requesting a booking. This is processed by Netlify Forms on our behalf.
• Support form — any information you include when reporting a site issue or sending a general enquiry, also processed by Netlify Forms.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring URL) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider, Netlify, in accordance with their own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the weekly shows email and other announcements you subscribed to.
• To respond to booking enquiries and support requests.
• To maintain and improve the website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

3. Data Storage

Your information is stored securely on our hosting infrastructure and is accessible only to authorised members of 80's Night. We use reputable third-party service providers solely to operate this site (hosting, email delivery, merchandise store). None of these providers receive your information beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested, and none are permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Merchandise purchases are handled entirely by our third-party store provider. We do not receive your payment details or shipping address.

4. Mailing List and Opt-Out

Every weekly email contains a personal unsubscribe link. Clicking it immediately removes your name and email address from our mailing list. You can also unsubscribe at any time via the Support page.

We retain your information only as long as you remain subscribed or as required to fulfil a legitimate business purpose (e.g., an active booking enquiry). Once removed, your data is deleted and not archived.

5. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical precautions to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all site traffic and access-controlled admin areas. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
